Can you believe we are in the last week of July? The summer is just flying by! My garden is starting to look pretty nice with our purple beans starting to plump up a bit, hopefully another week or so and we’ll be steaming them for supper, who knows it we have enough you might be seeing a few purple beans in your subscription over the next few weeks. Do you have a garden at home? I’m a gardening newbie, but really love checking on my veggies everyday, it’s such a cool experience to see something grow from a tiny seed to something delicious to eat!
This week’s subscription includes cauliflower, which is new this week! I love cauliflower with cheese sauce but this week I think we are going to try a new Cauliflower Curry recipe I found online. How do you eat cauliflower?
