Hello July! This is a month full of abundance and this weeks Rootabaga is a sure sign of that with all of the veggies you need to make a delicious early summer Hodge Podge. I personally did not grow up eating this so I don’t have a family recipe to share, but I really like this recipe from the Taste of Nova Scotia.
