Rootabaga – February 16, 2020

We’ve got a long weekend coming up! We will be closed on Monday so if you are unable to pick up your subscription on Sunday let us know and we will have it ready for you on Tuesday. This week’s micro greens from Snowy River Farms is a mixture of pea-shoots, radish shoots and sunflower shoots. Our large subscription also includes a bag of non-gmo popcorn from Elmridge Farm, just put some in one of the paper bags we gave you, roll down the top and pop it in the microwave.

Emma Murphy is the founder of Uprooted Market & Café. Emma graduated from Dalhousie University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science with a Double Major in Environmental Science and Environment, Sustainability & Society (ESS).
