Rootabaga – January 26, 2020

Hi everyone, I apologize for not updating our blog lately, let’s just say motherhood and business ownership are very demanding and it’s been a challenge keeping up with everything. But here I am, and I have scheduled time each week going forward to making sure you know what it is your subscription and how you can use it!

In the coming months we will see lots of root vegetables, tis’ the season. Hopefully some vegetables you’re comfortable cooking with, but also a few vegetables you’ve never tried before!

This week’s Rootabaga subscription includes a rutabaga, which to be honest I’ve never been a big fan of but I found this recipe online that has maple syrup and honestly I’m willing to try any food if it has maple syrup on it!
