Rootabaga – October 20, 2019

This week we are seeing spinach return (finally) after a long break over the summer. The fall crop of spinach is much heartier than spring spinach and is perfect for salad, steaming or smoothies. I plan on making a roasted beet and spinach salad with the spinach from my subscription this week.
