Tuesday | BBQ Snowy River Farms Pork Chops with grilled asparagus |
Wednesday | Veggie pita with hummus, lettuce, radishes, asparagus and cucumber |
Thursday | BBQ (Grass Fed Getaway Farms Beef) Hamburgers topped with tomatoes and lettuce served with green salad |

Saturday | Pan fried haddock with roasted beet salad |
- 1lb fresh asparagus, woody ends trimmed
- 2 tsp olive oil
- salt & pepper
- fresh parmesan, grated (optional)
- Preheat BBQ to high heat
- Lightly toss asparagus with olive oil
- Season with salt & pepper
- Gently place asparagus on grill, perpendicular to the grate
- Grill for 2-4 minutes, depending on preferred crunchiness
- Sprinkle freshly grated parmesan over top to serve if desired
