Wow it’s been a busy week with all of the Cold Waters Seafood Festival preparations, it was another great year at Memory Lane, hope you got out to enjoy some of the sunshine and delicious seafood over the weekend!

Monday Spinach salad with hard boiled egg, onion, bacon and grated cheese

Wednesday Pan fried haddock with roasted potatoes and cucumbers in vinegar
Thursday BBQ pork chops with grilled cherry tomatoes, onions and peppers
Friday Pizza Night!

Emma Murphy is the founder of Uprooted Market & Café. Emma graduated from Dalhousie University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science with a Double Major in Environmental Science and Environment, Sustainability & Society (ESS). Her degree focused largely on the negative impacts of our current food system, the importance of strengthening community, and the role of grassroots initiatives in supporting a local economy.
