This week we are trying out a new spring green – Dandelion Greens! I haven’t cooked with these much myself so I will be sharing a recipe that I found online that I plan on trying this week. Dandelion greens are high in Vitamin A, Vitamin K and fibre and can be eaten raw in salads, made into pesto for pasta or sautéed with some garlic and butter. Hope you like them!
